1. A prior reservation is required at least 6 hours before the national airport/high-speed railway station pick up service.

2. The service can be shared (including cardholders), but not exceed the maximum capacity for 1 vehicle.

3. The limousine pick-up service is only limited within city but not limited to distance. Additional fees will be charged for any additional drop-off/pick-up point during the service.

4. Customer can change/cancel the service at least 4 hours before the service without any charge through Dragon Travel Service hotline 400-882-1111 (Domestic) / 86 (20) 32311900 (International). Service cannot be change/cancel within 4 hours before service. (Points are not refundable.)

5. Waiting time will provided upon services, detail as below:

5.1 Pick-up airport / high-speed railway station: A waiting time up to 1 hour, after actual arrival time / station time (ETA);

5.2 Drop-off airport/ high-speed railway station: A waiting time up to 15 minutes, upon the desire “pick-up” time.

5.3 DragonPass has the right to cancel the service, when exceed for waiting time. (Number of free benefits will also be removed).
